Welcome to the Swank & Co. store on eCrater!
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our eCrater store and your purchase of the products we sell. By placing an order with Swank & Co., you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Information
Seller: Swank & Co. is an independent seller operating a store on the eCrater platform.
Agreement: These Terms, along with the eCrater User Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you (the buyer) and Swank & Co. (the seller).
2. Products and Pricing
Product Descriptions: We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to monitor settings, natural materials, or the handmade nature of the product. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us before purchasing.
Pricing: All prices are listed in [e.g., US Dollars - USD]. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Availability: All items are subject to availability. In the rare case that an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
3. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through eCrater's payment system. We accept the payment methods listed by eCrater. Your payment is processed when you place your order.
4. Shipping and Handling
Processing Time: Please allow [2-3] business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. This does not include transit time.
Shipping Methods and Times: We ship via [ USPS Priority Mail, etc.]. The carrier provides estimated shipping times. Swank & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to [The United States and its territories]. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipping Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, reshipping will be at the buyer's expense.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges only if the product does not match the description.
Conditions: The item must be returned in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via eCrater messages to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the item(s). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
Final Sale: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked as "Final Sale."
Custom-made or personalized items.
Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our eCrater store, including but not limited to logos, product designs, photographs, and text, is the property of Swank & Co. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Swank & Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our store or products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [South Carolina], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
